Skin care products? Suggestions needed.?

I'm looking for some skin care products that work really well and aren't too expensive. The more natural the better. First of all, I have slightly oily skin, but sometimes it's also dry (weird, huh?). I don't have huge breakouts, but once in a while I'll have some acne. Also I'm trying to get rid of some wrinkles- expression lines around my mouth, and also whiten my skin- I have darker skin in some areas, like around my mouth. I also have some acne scars- they're light, but I'd like them to disappear completely, you know? Oh, and suggestions for lotions, moisturizers, etc, will also be appreciated. So, to sum it all up, I'd like product(s) that will get rid of acne, scars and blemishes, dark skin and tans, wrinkles, and make skin healthier and smoother. Also, it's best if the price is under $25 each. Thanks! Looking forward to the answers ;)
