Acne treatment for the summer?

I don't know why, but for some reason I tend to have completely clear skin during the winter, fall and spring season. But when summer rolls around I begin to breakout. I keep the same regime i do as any other season which is wash my face with Neova skin care every morning and night and apply Clean and Clear moisturizer after. Does anyone know of anything that I can do to get rid of my summer time acne. Because my current regime just isn't working right now.
