How can i learn and remember things quickly for an exam? please help?

i am on the 8th grade. the next two weeks (starting form 6th June until 17th june) i have school exams. i have to study for 8 subjects but i can't remember all those things. luckily on easter time i wrote most of the notes that i need, but still i haven't learn all those things. how can i remember and learn all the syllabus for the exams? its only one week before and i am getting very nervous! pls help!!
