Sunblock help please!?

I am going to the beach and I am very fair skinned and burn very easy, what is the best sunblock for skin like mine? and I am wearing make up. So is there any moisturizer I can wear under my make up with sun screen in it, that won't breakout my face? I use Burts Bees moisturizer but it has salycic acid in it and I don't want that to interfere with the sun.Thanks!
