Does clean and clear actually work?

I recently bought clean and clear advantage 3 in 1 foaming wash acne cleanser and clean and clear advantage acne control moisturizer. I been using it for two days and so far my skin feels smooth and soft. I just want to know if its actually going to remove my pimples?
