I need help figuring a percent of a percent?

On my syllabus, my tests count for 60% of my grade. I have 4 exams in total, which the lowest grade gets dropped. I so for have 87% between 3. What percentage of the 60 is that. how do I figure out if I have 45% of the 60 or 50%. Can someone give me the formula?
