I'm having a massage..a hot stone massage for 90 min...should I also get a facial or buy a moisturizer?

I have a gift card for $110 and the massage costs $80...with the remaining $30 (would be willing to pay a LITTLE extra) should I get a facial, or a quality moisturizer for my skin?
