I have tight skin after washing my face and It drys up patchy. what can I do?

I exfoliate daily and moisturize daily. I've tried Aveno, Olay Regenerist and other drugstore moisturizers but nothing helps. I don't have acne or tan. sometimes at the end of the day my T-zone will oil. what is going on with my skin??
