Can I use the Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream as my only moisturizer?

I wanted to just use my Burts and Bees cleanser with the Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream or do I need SPF so seriously? I feel like SPF contributes to my acne and I'm cutting a good dose of vitamin D from the sun....
